How to book the space for birth

We are so excited you are considering booking Luna Dea for your birth. Here are the steps to book: ​

1. Fill out the form below

2. Once you submit your request, An agreement form will be automatically emailed to you with the request confirmation.

3. Print this form and bring it to your next midwife appointment.

4. We will review your EDD to ensure we have space for you.

5. Last step is sending over the signed agreement forms as well as your deposit!
